A little update for all you people.. the match we had with pK for the number one spot was a lose. I am not sure on the details as i was not able to make it. Other news, we have had more scrims this last week then we have in a long time, including two on wednesday with yzm and pK. Both scrims went really well and i think we got some nice team skills ready for our match with sF thursday night.

We have a match with Packet Kids coming up this Sunday. If we decide to show it could be a good match. Last time we faced off against pK we pulled a win off and i am sure that they will be looking for some revenge. Lineup looks like map4, map11, and my favorite map9 :D
Look forward to some good games, and hopefully we can pull out another W.

Tonight we played ]K[ and beat them 5-2, 5-4. A much better perfomance than we put on for CAL.
Hopefully this trend will continue as the CAL season will be starting again in the near future...

Tonight we have a match with K!NG. Last time we played these guys they gave us a run for our money and killed our shots of getting into the CAL ra3 central playoffs. So i am out for some revenge!

Everything seems to be going alright this week. We had a match against 2leet this past sunday and we beat them 3-5 5-1 5-1 on maps 4, 16, 3. Congrats to m00nd0g, sly1, sp1n, and Bizzatch.
On monday we had a match against No Mercy and they gave us a run for it. They beat us 5-0 on dm6, we beat them 5-3 on map4, and they beat us 5-0 on map16 with very close rounds. Most of the time it was 3 on 4 as my dsl was lagging very bad that night, every round was a good one though. They have some good players and deserved the win.
Tonight we have a match against Shrike Force. The win would move us up into the #2 rank which we have not occupied since before our clan split years into what is now 4 eyed fist fight (iiii). This is another good squad and i think we have a 2-1 record against them. So we are going to try and make that a 3-1 record :) and move into the grand ole #2 spot! Good luck to all involved in that matchup.
No new members lately which i guess is an alright thing as i like how we are standing right now. I seem to be getting back into the swing of things and hopefully i can help bring some more interest back into this clan. Lord knows these old men need all they help they can get. ;P

Spin, BiZz, muzzy, reglotu and I played w4t and won tonight. Good comeback on Map 10. Was getting a little nervous there.
I won't speak of the other comeback tonight...
Was a Good night for me. :)

Every year we seem to go through this End of Summer/Beginning of Fall period of lull. In past years I've seen threads mentioning shutting down the clan. Or an exodus of players to another active clan, but this year has been different.
Quakecon followed by the start of school added with us missing CAL playoffs altered playing habits for some of us but we didn't die off or forget how to play as some may believe. I guess we lulled other clans to also.
Congrats on the win last night. First since July. It's October. Let's get back in match shape!!
